Job summary

Samsung Electronics America, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager, Human Resources to lead and coordinate cross-functional HR programs across the North America Service Business division.

The candidate will drive employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, talent development, and program governance. The role requires strong organization, collaboration, and data-driven execution with the ability to manage multiple priorities from planning through execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in program/project management or HR.
• HR or program/project management certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PMP, or equivalent.
• Experience managing cross-functional programs from strategy through execution.
• Experience with change management, employee experience, or organizational development.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, implementation, and delivery of HR programs and initiatives.
• Partner with HR leaders to define goals, timelines, milestones, and metrics.
• Manage plans, budgets, risks, dependencies, and communications.
• Coordinate talent management, onboarding, learning, performance, and HR ops.
• Develop processes and tools to improve efficiency and consistency.
• Track performance and provide updates and recommendations to HR leadership.
• Analyze HR data to evaluate program effectiveness and identify improvements.
• Facilitate meetings and stakeholder communications for alignment.
• Identify risks and develop solutions to keep programs on track.
• Support change management and employee communications related to new HR programs.
