Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in program management, project management, HR, or related function.
• HR or program/project management certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PMP, or equivalent.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex cross-functional programs from strategy through execution.
• Experience with change management, employee experience, or organizational development programs.
• Experience creating dashboards, reports, and presentations for senior leadership.
• Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, implementation, and delivery of HR programs and strategic initiatives.
• Partner with HR leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to define goals, timelines, milestones, and success metrics.
• Manage project plans, budgets, risks, dependencies, and communications.
• Coordinate initiatives across talent management, employee engagement, onboarding, learning & development, performance management, and HR operations.
• Develop processes, tools, and documentation to improve efficiency and consistency of HR programs.
• Track program performance and provide updates, insights, and recommendations to HR leadership.
