Job summary

Circana is seeking a Senior Manager, Human Resources Business Partner to support ScanScape Operations. You will act as the strategic HR partner for a dispersed workforce of 1,300+ hourly employees across the United States, guiding leaders on engagement, performance, and retention.

You will oversee onboarding, employee relations, and compliance initiatives, partnering with Payroll, Recruiting, and Legal to ensure consistent, compliant HR operations and scalable workforce effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• 8+ years in progressive HR roles with senior leadership impact.
• Experience managing a large US hourly workforce.
• Knowledge of employment law and multi-state compliance.
• Experience with onboarding programs and HRIS like UKG.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR partner for ScanScape field operations and leaders across the US.
• Improve employee engagement, retention, productivity, and workforce effectiveness.
• Lead onboarding and oversee onboarding analyst to ensure a compliant experience.
• Guide leaders through performance management, investigations, and policy interpretation.
• Transform HR compliance practices and manage HR data across the hourly workforce.
