Job summary

Circana is seeking a Senior Manager, Human Resources Business Partner to partner with ScanScape Operations across the United States. You will serve as the strategic HR advisor for a large hourly workforce, leading onboarding, employee relations, performance management, engagement, and compliance initiatives.

You will drive workforce effectiveness, partner with field leaders, and shape HR programs amid automation and AI adoption while ensuring compliant, high‑quality employee experiences across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field required.
• Progressive HR experience with senior leadership impact and multi-state responsibilities.
• Experience driving onboarding, employee relations, and compliance in a large hourly workforce.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR partner for ScanScape operations and leaders across the U.S.
• Lead onboarding through oversight of the Onboarding Analyst and improve new-hire readiness.
• Coach leaders on performance management, employee relations, and policy interpretation.
• Drive engagement, retention, and workforce effectiveness while ensuring compliance.
• Partner on transformation initiatives including AI adoption and job redesign.
