Pharmavite is seeking a Manager, HRBP to align talent and organizational plans with business priorities in the West Hills/Los Angeles area. You will partner with client managers and HR colleagues to deliver integrated HR solutions and drive a high-performance culture.

You will lead performance management, talent review, succession planning, leadership development, and workforce planning, while partnering with Talent Acquisition to build strong internal and external pipelines across the assigned

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• 7–9 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Experience in both small and larger organizations is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop deep understanding of assigned functions and business priorities.
• Build trusted relationships with directors and managers to diagnose organizational and people challenges.
• Lead talent processes including performance management, talent review, succession planning, and merit/compensation.
• Partner with leaders and Talent Acquisition to understand workforce needs and build internal/external talent pipelines.
• Provide day-to-day counsel and coaching to managers on employee relations, performance, and disciplinary matters.
