Cepheid, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Senior HRBP in Sunnyvale, CA on-site. You will translate business priorities into practical people strategies that enable growth, productivity, organizational effectiveness, and sustainable performance.

You will partner with business leaders, People Partners, COEs, and HR Shared Services to ensure scalable, compliant execution and to drive talent, culture, and performance initiatives across the supported client group.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree with 8+ years of progressive HR experience; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Progressive experience in HR business partnering and leadership advisory.
• Experience designing and leading talent and leadership development with succession planning.
• Data fluency and using analytics/AI tools to inform decisions and measure outcomes.
• Continuous improvement mindset; familiarity with lean principles in HR.

Responsabilités

• Translate business strategy into a practical people strategy aligned to growth and priorities.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders on talent, capability, and change adoption.
• Partner with leaders on org design, workforce planning, succession, and capability development.
• Support organizational design and structural changes aligned to priorities.
• Lead and support change initiatives including reorganizations and workforce transitions.
