Job summary

Scoular is seeking a Senior HRBP for its Grain Division who will act as a trusted advisor to leaders on performance, talent and employee relations. You will partner with managers across offices and facilities to shape hiring, development, and retention in a fast-moving, market-driven business.

Reporting to the VP of HR, you will translate business trends into HR solutions, lead investigations end-to-end, and help build bench strength through succession planning and workforce planning in North

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HR with progressive experience
• 4+ years in employee relations
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Solid grounding in U.S. employment law and HR programs
• Strong conflict resolution, business acumen, and discretion
• Data-informed with ability to build metrics and trends
• Excellent communication and relationship-building across levels
• Willingness to travel up to 20%

Responsibilities

• Advise leaders through performance management and disciplinary actions
• Own employee relations investigations end to end
• Translate business trends into HR solutions with data insights
• Partner with talent acquisition on job descriptions, interviews, and offers
• Build bench strength and succession plans for commercial teams
• Support development planning to grow needed workforce
• Shape pay-for-performance and assist incentive planning
• Support workforce planning, change management, and M&A integration
• Champion culture, engagement, and recognition
