• 7+ years of progressive HR experience with senior operational leaders.
• Experience in workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, talent management, engagement, and change management.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate data into priorities and actions.
• Travel periodically to clinics and leadership meetings.
