Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies is seeking an accomplished HR Business Partner to serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership across product and functional areas. This onsite role focuses on shaping people strategies that enable the company to build the future of human connection, with emphasis on organizational design and talent management at scale.

You will partner with Directors and VPs, navigate ambiguity, and influence outcomes across multiple functions.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of HR experience with 8+ in HRBP/strategic role.
• Experience partnering with senior executives in fast-paced tech environments.
• Deep expertise in org design, talent management or change management.
• Ability to translate business challenges into people plans with measurable impact.
• Strong data-driven decision making using people analytics.

Responsibilities

• Advise senior leaders on people strategy and organizational design.
• Lead workforce planning and organizational design initiatives.
• Drive change management during large-scale transformations.
• Coach and develop HRBPs and leaders for high performance.
• Partner with Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, and analytics teams.
