NFM Lending, Inc. is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner (West Coast) to be hands-on across the HR life cycle while advising leadership and teams.

The role emphasizes engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness in a fast-paced mortgage environment. Responsibilities include guiding leadership on performance management, policy interpretation, job description alignment, and investigations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business, Communications or Psychology and HR Certification (SHRM or HRCI) with California Credentialing and mortgage Industry experience required.
• 6 years’ experience in Human Resources, two being HR Business Partner
• Experience with federal and state employment laws for West Coast states
• Strong HR systems knowledge (HRIS, ATS, talent management) and data analysis capabilities

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day guidance to divisional leadership and team members in employee relations, performance management, onboarding, and policy interpretation.
• Partner with leaders to create/edit job descriptions and align them to organizational needs.
• Lead employee relations investigations and manage documentation with confidentiality.
• Collaborate with HRBPs and Total Rewards on compensation matters and DE&I initiatives.
• Support training delivery and leadership development across divisions.
