Job summary

Shiseido Americas, a subsidiary of the world-renowned Shiseido Company Limited, is seeking a Senior Manager, HRBP to align people strategies with business priorities across our manufacturing and operations teams. You will partner with Plant leadership to drive engagement, Talent Development, and workforce planning for ~350 employees across three shifts.

This on-site role requires strong data analytics, HR policy expertise, and the ability to influence leaders.

Qualifications

College degree or equivalent years of work experience required.
Advanced degree and/or equivalent HR certification preferred.
5+ years HRBP experience, 3+ years in manufacturing/logistics—CPG preferred.
Spanish language – highly preferred.
On-site; often 5 days a week; remote flexibility.
Hands-on HR professional with strategic execution ability.
Broad knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Ability to influence and direct regardless of reporting lines.
Data analytics to drive business decisions.
Proficiency in Excel; Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Lead and support core people processes including performance management, learning and development, talent review and recruitment.
Support HR generalist activities for ~350 employees across three shifts.
Advise employees and managers on relations, policies and employment laws.
Partner with site leaders to translate insights into people strategies.
Oversee HR administration: onboarding, org charts, dashboards, exits, and compliance.
