Job summary

The QTI Group is partnering with a manufacturer to hire a Senior Human Resources Business Partner (Sr HRBP). The Sr HRBP will serve as a strategic partner to leaders across manufacturing and corporate operations, shaping people strategy and driving organizational effectiveness in a fast-growing environment.

Compensation: $105-115k + bonus potential and excellent benefits. This role reports to the Director of HR and focuses on aligning HR with business objectives while maintaining a people-first

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience in strategic partner roles.
• Experience supporting hourly production workforce.
• Experience supporting both manufacturing and corporate HR populations.
• Strong employee relations background including investigations.
• Ability to influence leaders without direct authority.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Experience with organizational change, talent development and workforce planning.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR best practices.
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or related certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor and strategic partner to leaders across manufacturing, operations, and corporate functions.
• Lead employee relations coaching on performance, accountability, communication, and leadership effectiveness.
• Analyze workforce trends (turnover, engagement, attendance, performance) to identify root causes and solutions.
• Partner with leaders to improve workforce stability, engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness.
• Support talent assessment, succession planning, and workforce planning initiatives.
• Identify leadership development opportunities and design programs to strengthen management.
• Collaborate with leaders to align HR strategies with business priorities.
• Provide HR compliance guidance on ADA, FMLA, and related matters.
• Support a workforce including hourly production and professional staff in a production environment.
• Contribute to scalable HR processes and growth initiatives.
