Job summary

Zoetis Inc. in Parsippany, NJ is seeking a Head HRBP – Global Diagnostics to own the full people agenda for a 1,100-strong global commercial team.

You will lead the HR agenda across US and international markets, coach a team of HRBPs, and partner with executives on workforce strategy, succession, and talent development in a rapidly growing, legally-compliant multinational environment. You will drive organization design, performance management, and retention strategies while navigating time zones

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience with HRBP and talent management accountability
• Experience leading and developing HR professionals in a matrix, multi-country environment
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and manage across time zones and cultures
• Strong analytical mindset with workforce data interpretation
• Excellent communication to executive audiences

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to Global Diagnostics leadership on organization design and workforce strategy
• Lead and develop a team of HRBPs supporting US and international markets
• Oversee workforce planning, compensation strategy, performance management, and employee relations
• Own succession planning for global Diagnostics leadership and build pipelines across geographies
• Drive talent calibration and development planning across multiple countries and time zones
• Lead M&A and BD integration talent work and culture integration during deals
• Ensure HR policy compliance across markets in partnership with Legal and Local HR
