Job summary

Zoetis Inc. seeks a senior HR leader to own the full people agenda for Global Diagnostics, spanning U.S. and international markets.

You will advise the leadership team, coach HRBPs, and drive talent, org design, and succession initiatives across geographies. The role requires 10+ years in HR with global scope, strong leadership, and travel capabilities. You will influence across time zones and cultures while partnering with Legal and HR COEs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a strong plus.
• 10+ years HR experience with global scope.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to Global Diagnostics leadership on org design and talent decisions across markets.
• Lead and develop a team of HRBPs for U.S. and international populations.
• Partner on workforce planning, compensation strategy, performance, and employee relations per local law.
• Own succession planning for global Diagnostics leadership bench.
• Build pipelines for critical roles and reduce succession risk across geographies.
• Facilitate talent calibration across countries/time zones and drive development plans.
• Design and lead retention strategies for high performers across markets.
• Partner on M&A and integration talent work, including culture integration.
• Lead org design during restructures and GTM changes across multiple entities.
• Diagnose organizational health and implement culture interventions across geographies.
• Coach senior leaders on differentiation, accountability, and retention decisions.
• Ensure HR policy and compliance across markets in collaboration with Legal.
• Collaborate with HR COEs and Zoetis Colleague Services to run global programs locally.
