Zoetis Inc. is seeking a senior HR leader to own the full people agenda for Global Diagnostics, partnering with the global commercial leadership to design organization structure, talent strategy, and people programs across US and international markets.

In this role, you will lead a team of HRBPs, collaborate with Legal and Zoetis Colleague Services, manage workforce planning, performance management, and succession planning, and drive culture and change during growth and integration initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience owning HRBP and talent management accountability.
• Experience leading and developing HR professionals in a global, multi-country setting.
• Proven track record in succession planning, calibration, or pipeline-building.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsabilités

• Serve as trusted advisor on organization design, workforce strategy, and talent decisions across all markets.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of HRBPs for US and international populations.
• Partner with leaders on workforce planning, compensation strategy, performance management, and employee relations.
• Own succession planning for global Diagnostics leadership, building ready-now/ready-soon pipelines across geographies.
