• BS/BA degree from a four-year accredited university; 8+ years of related HR experience.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulatory requirements.
• Experience handling employee relations investigations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to handle confidential matters.
• Experience in manufacturing environments with multiple shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provides HR guidance to managers and employees.
• Identifies capabilities and skills necessary within the workforce to deliver the company's strategy.
• Handle complex employee relations issues; perform investigations and take appropriate action.
• Proactively works with Talent Acquisition to attract and onboard new employees.
• Development, implementation, and communication of HR policy and procedures.
• Monitors staffing levels against budget for the assigned client group.
• Contributes to project teams and special projects.
