Qualifications

• Experience as an HR Business Partner in a complex, matrixed organization.
• Strong coaching, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience supporting product launches, commercialization, or organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Partner with GPS&O leaders to identify workforce needs, role requirements, and talent risks.
• Advise on workforce planning, organization design, and reporting relationships.
• Support readiness for launches, milestones, and portfolio priorities.
• Coach leaders on performance management, development, and feedback.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HR colleagues to deliver hires and onboarding.
• Analyze engagement and turnover data to drive action plans.
