Ipsen is seeking a Director, Human Resources Business Partner to serve as a senior strategic advisor to North America Commercial leadership, aligning people strategy with launch readiness and growth objectives. You will drive workforce planning, organizational design, and leadership development while partnering with senior leaders across Neuroscience, Oncology, and Rare Disease.
