Qualifications

12+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including HRBP leadership.
Minimum 5+ years supporting commercial organizations within biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or life sciences.
Deep expertise in organization design, workforce planning, succession planning, leadership coaching, and change management.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary strategic HR advisor to senior business leaders.
Lead workforce planning activities and organizational design initiatives.
Coach and influence senior leaders on organizational leadership and performance management.
Drive leadership development and culture transformation across multiple client groups.
Provide HR leadership for launch readiness and scale-up during portfolio expansion.
