You will coach senior leaders, manage complex employee matters, and mentor other HRBPs to elevate the employee experience across the organization. Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in employee relations/engagement or in a similar HR business partner role.
• Partnering with engineering leaders (Directors/VPs/Managers) on org design, workforce planning, and team scaling.
• Familiarity with the pace and talent dynamics of a technical org.
• Demonstrated ability to generate and analyze people data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective collaborator with experience cross-functionally in a global organization.
• Strong customer service, problem-solving, time and project management skills, with the ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with no guidance.
• Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies.
• Track record as a champion of positive organizational culture and values.
• Demonstrated ability to collect, analyze, interpret and make formal recommendations based on data and feedback.
• Works effectively in an ambiguous environment, operating independently with autonomy.
• Adept at handling sensitive matters in a professional, mature, and confidential manner.
• Strong coaching and active listening skills.
• Experience with facilitating training sessions to employees.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR partner to engineering and product leadership.
• Support complex global teams while partnering with managers and employees for processes and resources.
• Use people data and engineering-specific metrics to identify trends and interventions.
• Collaborate on talent acquisition, org change management, learning and development program design and delivery, performance management, etc.
• Plan and execute meaningful internal company engagement with stakeholders.
• Work with leaders to enhance work relationships, morale, productivity and retention.
• Provide policy guidance and review practices to maintain compliance.
• Develop solutions, programs and policies based on trends and feedback.
• Mentor other HRBPs on the team and provide training sessions as needed.
