Danaher is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to align people strategy with business priorities across Discovery and Medical & Genomic Medicine operating companies. This on-site role involves partnering with leaders, HR teams and COEs to drive performance, organizational effectiveness and sustainable growth.

The role requires 10+ years of HR leadership, an undergraduate degree and preferably an MBA, with a focus on strategic partnering and workforce planning.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree; MBA preferred.
• Experience in strategic HR business partnering and organizational effectiveness.
• Proven success in talent and leadership development and succession planning.
• Strong business acumen with data fluency for decision support.
• Continuous improvement mindset with lean principles.

• Shape and deliver a people strategy aligned with business growth and priorities.
• Advise and coach senior leaders on people and organizational decisions.
