Job summary

McKesson is seeking a Senior Project Enablement Lead to drive high-impact transformation across HR Services and related functions. You will orchestrate cross‑functional initiatives, map processes, translate data into practical recommendations, and enable AI-enabled ways of working.

This individual contributor role partners with HR, Finance, Analytics, Technology and Operations to move priorities forward with clarity and speed.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 7+ years of experience.
7+ years of project or program delivery experience.
Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives with project plans and risk management.
Experience documenting end-to-end processes and improving workflows.
Experience with data analytics and decision-ready insights.
Experience using Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
Experience partnering across HR, Finance, Technology, Analytics and Product.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional HR Services transformation projects with milestones, dependencies, risks.
Design end-to-end process maps and document current workflows.
Analyze workforce and project data to identify trends and recommendations.
Develop Power BI dashboards and reporting views with Analytics.
Coordinate with Finance to provide visibility into financial information and risks.
Prepare concise project updates and decision materials.
