Job summary

In this role, you will lead initiatives across HR, collaborate with executives, and drive adoption of key programs while ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and business results.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in employee experience, communications, project management, change management, HR programs, or related disciplines.
• Demonstrated experience developing executive-level communications, presentations, and strategic messaging.
• Experience managing complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Design experiences that help individuals understand, engage with, and act on HR priorities, accelerate adoption of key initiatives, and strengthen connection to HR.
• Drive execution of complex initiatives through detailed planning, stakeholder coordination, progress management, and delivery.
• Design and execute high-impact leadership and employee meetings, forums, and events.
• Build trusted relationships with leaders, HR partners, Corporate Communications, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve communication quality, employee experiences, and AI-enabled innovation.
