Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; field as listed.
• 10+ years of progressive corporate, associate, executive and transformation communications experience.
• Significant CPG, retail, foodservice or related sales and marketing services experience with brands/retailers/consumers.
• Proven success leading multiple interdependent communications workstreams across change.
• Exceptional writing, storytelling and message-development skills; simplify complex topics.
• Strong business acumen, project leadership and stakeholder management; trusted counsel to senior leaders.
• Sound judgment, discretion and attention to detail in fast-moving situations.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated communications across concurrent transformation initiatives; align messages with enterprise strategy.
• Translate complex business and people changes into clear messaging, leader cascades, FAQs, scripts, toolkits, presentations and associate communications.
• Develop communications to support awareness, readiness, adoption and sustained behavior change with effectiveness measures.
• Create executive and leadership communications, including town halls, talking points, presentations and major initiative messages.
• Counsel senior leaders on sensitive communications and drive timely, disciplined decisions.
• Coordinate messaging with Transformation, HR, IT, Operations and leaders to ensure cross-audience consistency.
• Manage internal content planning, channels, projects and external partners; hands-on writing when timelines shift.
• Coach teams and contribute to communications capability development.
