Job summary

MetaOption LLC is seeking a Senior Human Resources Transformation Consultant to lead HR transformation engagements that embed AI, automation, and data-driven approaches to modernize HR functions and operations.

The role is based in Philadelphia, PA or Washington, DC, and is a hybrid position requiring three days per week in the office. The candidate should have at least 8 years of external HR transformation consulting and strong program leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of external consulting experience delivering HR transformation projects for mid-to-large organizations.
• Advanced degree preferred in business, information systems, HR or related field.
• At least 10 years of program management experience on large-scale, multi-stream projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop business and client relationships; generate revenue through new client development and expand relationships with mid-to-large organizations.
• Lead client conversations about how AI and automation can unlock value for HR and the workforce across the employee lifecycle; create proposals; negotiate scope and contracts.
• Deliver client engagements end-to-end; lead delivery teams; ensure quality and value of project deliverables; manage project economics and budget; mentor junior consultants.
• Contribute to thought leadership, methodology development and go-to-market collateral that integrates AI-driven HR transformation.
