Job summary

FanDuel is seeking an HR Technology Senior Analyst – Payroll to optimize and support its global Workday Payroll ecosystem. You will partner with Payroll, HR, Finance, and Tech teams to deliver compliant, scalable payroll solutions across multiple countries.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting Workday Payroll in HR Tech/HRIS/Payroll systems.
• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, IS, Business, CS, or equivalent experience preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise configuring and supporting Workday Payroll.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Workday Payroll SME, delivering config, support, and optimization.
• Collaborate with Payroll, HR, Finance, IT to deploy scalable payroll solutions.
• Lead Workday releases, testing, and deployments across Payroll and related modules.
• Troubleshoot complex Workday issues and perform root cause analysis for sustainable fixes.
• Develop integrations between Workday and payroll, timekeeping, benefits, and finance.
