Job summary

System One is seeking a Senior HR Technical Training Analyst for a remote contract role. You will convert ILT slide decks into WBT courses and update ERP training materials, spanning classroom, virtual, e-learning and on-the-job delivery.

You will collaborate with Accelerate training team and support FTE instructional designers while using Articulate Storyline, Enable Now, and SharePoint to ensure content accuracy and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 6+ years of equivalent experience (degree preferred in training, business, quality or related field)
• 4+ years of work experience
• Demonstrated experience of adult learning, instructional design, e-learning and training methodologies
• Experience using training technologies such as Articulate Storyline, Enable Now, and LMS platforms

Responsibilities

• Support FTE instructional designers to convert ILTs to WBTs.
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment and content accuracy.

Job Title: Senior HR Technical Training Analyst

Location: Remote

Type: Contract

Compensation: $40 - $50.08/hr

Overview

The Instructional Designer will support FTE instructional designers to convert ILT slide decks into WBT courses. This role will update training and performance support materials for the ERP program, including: classroom, virtual, e-learning and on-the-job. In this role you will focus on course conversions from ILT slide decks into WBT courses. In this position you will be a member of the Accelerate training team.

Responsibilities

• Support FTE instructional designers to convert ILTs to WBTs using tools like Articulate Storyline, Enable Now, and SharePoint..
• May develop training materials such as course outlines, coaching guides, job aids, and system demonstrations using tools like Articulate Storyline, Enable Now, and SharePoint.
• Support FTE instructional designers with stakeholder engagement to ensure alignment and content accuracy.
• Maintain and update training content when necessary
• Track and report progress of training development and delivery, ensuring timely execution and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 6+ years of equivalent experience with a degree preferred in training, business, quality or related field
