Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group's HR Transformation Team seeks a Product Associate Principal - CAM (Custom Applications Management) to own end-to-end HR technology products including SAP SuccessFactors and custom applications. This is a on-site role in Miami, Florida.

You will govern SDLC, translate business needs into user stories, manage backlogs, and drive cross-functional delivery with executives and stakeholders to deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management, HR technology, or enterprise delivery.
• 3–5+ years of people leadership or team oversight.
• Proven track record delivering complex enterprise technology.
• Deep experience with SAP SuccessFactors and/or HRIS platforms.
• Strong background in Agile, Scrum, and/or project management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee SDLC governance and SDLC initiatives across designated HR products.
• Translate business needs into user stories, requirements, and specs.
• Manage product backlog and communicate priorities based on value and risk.
• Align product roadmap with enterprise workforce strategy and HR goals.
• Partner with engineering and architecture teams to ensure scalable solutions.
