Job summary

Qualifications

• 12+ years of HR technology experience including enterprise leadership.
• Deep hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors across modules.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end HR systems portfolio, including SAP SuccessFactors and custom HR solutions.
• Lead HR Systems team and allocate resources to HR systems within the portfolio.
• Execute against HR technology roadmap balancing innovation, stability, and compliance.
• Partner with HR COEs, IT and vendors to translate requirements into tech solutions.
