Job summary

You will collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders, influence technical design, and mentor other developers while ensuring quality across the full development lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Strong development experience with C# and .NET.
• Senior-level software engineering background.
• Experience building enterprise or SaaS applications.
• Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, databases, and modern development practices.
• HR tech domain experience is desirable.
• 7–8 years of relevant HR-tech domain experience may be especially strong.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance enterprise applications using C# and .NET
• Build scalable, reliable application features and integrations
• Troubleshoot complex application and production issues
• Participate in architecture and technical design decisions
• Work closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders
• Review code and help establish development best practices
• Mentor other developers and provide technical guidance
• Support applications throughout the full development lifecycle
