Qualifications

• Strong hands-on expertise with C# and .NET.
• Advanced SQL and relational database experience.
• Experience developing enterprise or business-critical applications.
• Strong communication skills with stakeholders.
• Previous technical leadership experience is highly desirable.
• Background in banking, hedge funds, or capital markets strongly preferred.
• Experience supporting trading operations or investment systems is a major plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop applications using C#, .NET, and SQL.
• Build and enhance systems supporting trading and financial operations.
• Work directly with operations and finance users to understand business requirements.
• Develop integrations, workflows, and tools that improve day-to-day processes.
• Troubleshoot complex application and production issues.
• Participate in architecture and technical design decisions.
• Lead development initiatives and provide guidance to other engineers.
• Improve application performance, reliability, and scalability.
