Job summary
Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking a senior HR Technology Developer to design, build, and enhance a technology platform supporting HR and finance teams. The role demands strong hands-on development experience with C# and .NET and leadership in architecting enterprise solutions.
You will collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders, influence technical design, and mentor other developers while ensuring quality across the full development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Strong development experience with C# and .NET.
- Senior-level software engineering background.
- Experience building enterprise or SaaS applications.
- Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, databases, and modern development practices.
- HR tech domain experience is desirable.
- 7–8 years of relevant HR-tech domain experience may be especially strong.
