Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Solution Architect to design and oversee integrations across Oracle HCM, legacy systems, and SaaS platforms in a large-scale HR technology environment.

The role combines deep HCM domain knowledge with strong architectural and integration skills. You will lead API design, middleware choices, and data flows, partnering with HR, IT, and vendor teams to ensure scalable, secure solutions aligned with enterprise standards.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of Solution Architecture experience.
• 8+ years of HCM technology experience.
• Strong experience with Oracle HCM / Oracle Cloud HCM.
• Extensive HCM integration architecture experience.
• Experience integrating SaaS applications and third-party platforms.
• Experience with ADP or similar payroll/HR platforms.
• Strong experience with legacy system/data migration.
• Knowledge of APIs, middleware, interfaces, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Ability to work across both high-level architecture and detailed technical integration requirements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead Solution Architect for Oracle HCM initiatives.
• Design integrations between Oracle HCM and enterprise applications/platforms.
• Architect solutions that enable multiple HR, payroll, SaaS, and third-party systems to communicate effectively.
• Support the migration and integration of legacy HR/HCM data into Oracle HCM.
• Define APIs, interfaces, middleware, data flows, and integration patterns.
• Evaluate existing integrations and recommend modernization or consolidation opportunities.
• Partner with HR, IT, development teams, vendors, and implementation partners.
• Provide architectural leadership throughout design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, reliable, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
