Job summary

The role supports Asia-Pacific clients and collaborates across global teams, delivering high-impact research, thought leadership, and client-ready content.

The position supports 6–8 hours monthly with APAC clients and involves mentoring junior analysts, presenting at Gartner events, and driving data-driven HR innovations.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing and managing HCM and core HR tech in enterprise settings.
• Global data governance, privacy compliance, and bias-mitigation knowledge.
• Understanding of CHRO workflows and enterprise HR challenges.
• Knowledge of HR tech landscape, HCM suites, and AI impact.
• Ability to drive data literacy and a data-ready culture.

Responsibilities

• Create innovative research and deliverables (writing, video, graphics, podcasts) on HR tech and AI.
• Develop actionable guidance for Gartner clients across geographies and industries.
• Produce in-depth analyses identifying root causes and opportunities for clients.
• Lead thought leadership to evolve Gartner's research agenda and content.
• Provide senior-level counsel to CHROs and HR leaders with data-driven insights.
