SHRM is seeking a Senior Specialist focused on HR technology content to develop and produce high-quality editorial content across AI, analytics, and digital transformation. You will translate complex tech topics into practical insights for HR professionals and audiences, guiding multimedia content strategy and maintaining brand voice.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners, manage calendars, and stay ahead of industry trends to strengthen SHRM's position as a trusted

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in journalism, communications, business, or related field.
• Five+ years creating editorial content for executive/business audiences.
• Strong portfolio of writing, interviewing, and editorial work.

Responsibilities

• Independently identify, develop, and execute editorial strategies on HR tech, AI, analytics, and digital transformation.
• Research emerging technologies and industry developments to find timely, high-value content opportunities.
• Develop editorial calendars and contribute to long-term planning initiatives.
• Produce and edit high-quality content across formats (articles, white papers, newsletters, videos, webinars).
• Translate complex concepts for HR executives and business leaders, tailoring for audiences.
• Ensure content meets editorial standards, accuracy, consistency, and brand voice.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery.
