You will help develop, integrate, deploy, and sustain the Technical Management operations across programs, systems, and stakeholders. The role emphasizes data reporting, manpower and financial management, recruitment and retention initiatives, and policy guidance to optimize performance in a government environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 15 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with government programs or federal policies preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain recruitment and retention initiatives and division communications.
• Develop and maintain division spreadsheets, databases, and websites.
• Produce daily business human capital and financial management reports and analyses.
• Provide input on policy plans and procedures for human capital management.
• Support Technical Management operations with data reports and data analysis.
