Responsibilities

• Develop recruitment and retention initiatives, division briefings and communications, meeting planning and support.
• Develop and maintain division spreadsheets, databases, and websites.
• Develop and report daily business human capital and financial management initiatives with recommendations.
• Provide input and review of communication plans with customers relating to manpower needs, office visits, and meetings.
• Recommend and develop communication feedback mechanisms and assess feedback results.
• Research program data and federal policy impacts to guide future execution.
• Develop, productionize, deploy and maintain spreadsheets, databases, and web pages for Technical Management.
• Create data reports, data requests, data summaries, and data analysis documents for daily operations.
• Advise on plans, policies, and procedures for human capital processes and programs.
• Provide business and human capital management support to sustain Technical Management operations.
• Provide financial management support to sustain Technical Management operations.
