Job summary

Unissant is seeking a Senior Manpower/Functional Subject Matter Expert with military manpower experience to support a Government client in Alexandria, VA. You will define manpower requirements, advise on policies, and work with stakeholders to deliver functional solutions within the FMTS ecosystem.

The role requires at least ten years in military manpower management, DoD familiarity, and strong Excel/Office skills. Travel up to 10% and a Secret clearance are expected.

Qualifications

Ten years of military manpower management experience.
Proficient with Microsoft Excel including macros and data comparisons.
Experience with DoD structures and manpower policy knowledge.
Experience in client-facing consulting engagements a plus.

Responsibilities

Define manpower business and functional requirements with government clients.
Provide SME guidance on FMTS processes and policy impacts.
Lead requirements review and ROM/LOE estimations for government decisions.
Coordinate functional changes with the enterprise application and stakeholders.
Perform functional QA testing and oversee user-acceptance testing.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure feasible capabilities.
