Qualifications

• 7+ years of HR, Talent, or Organizational Effectiveness experience with senior leaders.
• Experience using data analytics to drive talent strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional HR and talent initiatives sponsored by the VP.
• Create charters, workplans, timelines, and success metrics.
• Collaborate with Talent, HRBP, People Analytics, Finance, IT, and leaders to drive alignment.
