Job summary
Gundersen Health System is seeking a Senior HR Consultant, Talent and Organizational Effectiveness, to design and execute strategic people initiatives that strengthen talent density and performance. This remote role serves executives and partners across HR, Talent, Finance, IT, and business leaders.
The ideal candidate has 7+ years in HR consulting or organizational effectiveness, strong Workday and AI tools skills, and expert communication abilities to create polished executive presentations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Organizational Development, or related field.
- 7+ years of progressive HR, Talent, HR consulting, or Organizational Effectiveness experience with senior executives.
- Experience using data and analytics to drive talent strategy.
- Strong Workday skills and experience implementing AI-enabled HR tools.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning, coordination, and execution of cross-functional HR and talent initiatives.
- Develop charters, workplans, timelines, and success measures for initiatives.
- Translate workforce analytics and AI insights into executive recommendations.
- Prepare executive-level presentations and briefings for internal and external audiences.
- Support workforce planning and internal mobility initiatives.
