• Strong skills in business partnering and strategic delivery.

Responsibilities

• Act as HR strategic business partner with business leadership to develop and execute organizational strategies.
• Coach leaders and advocate for employees to support engagement and change.
• Guide talent management, succession planning, and organizational design aligned with business goals.
• Develop and execute HR plans and programs including talent management, communication, and change management.
• Analyze data and metrics to drive continuous improvement in business strategies.
