Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to partner with regional leadership in Florida, driving people strategies across 800+ employees. Onsite work with travel ~25% supports culture, engagement and talent development within the Florida region.

You will lead organizational design, succession planning and performance management, while shaping change and workforce planning to meet business goals. Strong communication and strategic thinking are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s Degree preferred.
7+ years’ experience in the Human Resources function.
Strong business partnering and strategic thinking skills.
Proven capability in talent management, leadership development and org development.
Excellent interpersonal, influencing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Act as HR strategic business partner to leadership to drive organizational strategies.
Coach leadership and advocate for employees on talent, change and engagement.
Guide talent management, succession planning and workforce design.
Develop and execute HR plans aligned with business objectives and culture.
Lead data-driven reporting to improve workforce strategies and outcomes.
Collaborate with CoEs and HR leaders to share best practices.
