The Boeing Company Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) HR is seeking a Senior Manager to lead HR strategy and integration across business operations, HR, operations and technology in Everett, Seattle or Renton. This role reports to the CHRO and partners with HRLT to turn priorities into measurable results.

You will drive the operating rhythm, develop executive content, oversee data analytics and automation initiatives, and lead HR operations modernization while building trusted cross-functional

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Technology or related field.
• Experience driving enterprise-wide HR integrations.
• Experience shaping executive operating rhythms and talent reviews.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders across functions.
• Experience analyzing data from multiple sources and presenting insights.

Responsabilités

• Lead the BCA HR Strategy and Integration team with clear direction and measures of success
• Partner with CHRO and HRLT to shape and execute strategic priorities
• Own the BCA HR operating rhythm including leadership meetings and reviews
• Develop executive-level content and communications for CHRO and HRLT
• Drive HR data analytics, insights and predictive analytics for leadership
• Advance automation and AI-driven improvements in HR processes
