Job summary

Owens & Minor is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to lead human resources for designated business units and deliver comprehensive HR support to leadership. The position offers a salary range of $160,000–$175,000 annually with 20% incentive eligibility and typically requires on-east-coast residency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required.
• Eight+ years of progressive experience in HR, Strategy & Operations, Program Management, or related areas.
• Proven success leading cross-functional strategic initiatives on time and within budget.
• Experience partnering with executive leadership and supporting enterprise-level decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR strategy and operations for assigned business units and provide P&L impact insights.
• Translate business needs into HR solutions and workforce plans aligned to objectives.
• Develop organizational development plans and advise leadership on workforce strategy.
• Oversee HR staff and partners to deliver programs, governance, and reporting.
