Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years experience in internal communications.
• Minimum three (3) years experience in a leadership role with or without direct reports.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Humanities, Business, Social Science, or related field and Minimum eight (8) years experience in communications, writing, marketing, or a directly related field. Additional equivalent work experience in a directly related field may be substituted for the degree requirement.
• Two (2) years experience creating and executing stakeholder management plans.
• Two (2) years experience supporting leadership communications.

Responsibilities

• Leads complex, high-impact initiatives spanning executive and workforce communications, organizational change, and external communications and reputation.
• Partnering with executives and cross-functional teams to develop and execute communication strategies that align stakeholders and advance priorities.
• Develops and translates communication strategy for large and complex projects, and creates internal communications plans and content.
• Advises leadership on communications and collaborates across stakeholders to coordinate communications.
• Writes, edits, and produces complex content for Kaiser Permanente communications programs and projects.
• Develops strategic communication plans by identifying objectives, KPIs, and channels, and coordinating resources.

Education
