Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required with six years’ experience in HR or business operations.
• Experience across HR disciplines and knowledge of HR compliance.
• Strong ability to analyze organizational data and influence stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Serve as liaison between HR Centers of Excellence and business stakeholders to influence HR strategies, programs, policies, and procedures.
• Provide HR support across specialties including equal opportunity/affirmative action, disability management, recruitment, compensation, benefits, and training; ensure HR activities align with KP standards.
• Conduct HR investigations and collaborate on reporting of employee information and external benchmarks.
• Support HR compliance by tracking regulatory changes and implementing designated changes.
• Assist in managing employee and labor relations issues, including performance management and adherence to regulatory requirements.
