Qualifications

• LEGAL AUTHORIZATION TO WORK: U.S. citizen, national, or eligible for unrestricted employment.
• Basic Education/Experience: a bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited four-year college or university.
• Specialized Experience: three and one-half years of professional HR work in recruitment, placement, examination, classification, pay/wage, employee relations and services, development, HR program development, labor relations, and HR research.
• Staff Specialist or Supervisory Experience: one year of supervisory experience as described.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, control and coordinate a major sub segment of a human resources management program.
• Assist in developing program activities and evaluating results, preparing justification of projects, and briefing management on progress.
• Supervise HR staff in a specialized, high-volume HR function; develop new standards, guides and practices.
