Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited four-year college or university.
• Three and one-half (3 1/2) years of professional work experience in human resources management functions.
• One (1) year of Staff Specialist or Supervisory Experience as described.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, control and coordinate a major sub segment of a human resources program; assist in developing activities and evaluating results; briefing management on progress of developmental projects.
• Furnish advisory services to management on program development and evaluation; ensure compliance with sound human resources practices.
• Perform related duties as assigned by the department.
