Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 5+ years progressive HR experience with employee relations and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of US federal, state and local employment laws.
• Experience handling investigations and complex employee relations.
• SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead employee relations cases, investigations, and disciplinary actions.
• Develop and communicate HR policies compliant with laws.
• Partner with leaders to identify workforce needs and retention strategies.
• Coach managers on performance management and career development.
• Analyze HR metrics and report insights to leadership.
• Oversee HR projects, diversity initiatives, and audits.
• Manage or supervise all junior HR Specialists.
