Job summary

BD is seeking a Senior HR Specialist in Irvine, CA to provide front-line HR solutions, coach managers, and resolve complex HR issues across business units. The role partners with COEs and HR Solutions teams to support talent initiatives and ensure compliance.

The candidate will analyze HR matters, interpret policies, and help implement scalable HR processes in a fast-paced healthcare technology environment. On-site collaboration is emphasized with a strong focus on business impact.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Experience and knowledge of HR processes and tools including case management and self-service solutions.
Strong coaching skills for managers and employees.

Responsibilities

Provide front-line manager coaching on HR topics (career development, pay review, performance management, team dynamics).
Resolve complex HR issues coordinating with COEs and HR Solutions shared services (Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations).
Provide analysis and recommendations for talent initiatives and HR processes for assigned area(s).
Advise management on local compliance and regulatory requirements; interpret policies.
Develop and improve HR processes, tools, and systems with HR COE teams.
